Abstrakt

The entropic and statistical method of the analysis allows calculating losses in different refrigeration plant components, comparing efficiency of operation different refrigeration systems.
The entropic and statistical method of the analysis was applied to investigate refrigeration systems with two working temperature levels (evaporation temperatures minus 35°C and minus 10°C) for retail application taking into account ambient temperature changing. The description of calculation method was given.
The comparison of efficiency refrigeration system using R404A as refrigerant with system working on transcritical CO2 cycle was made.
The degree of thermodynamic efficiency was calculated.
Schematic diagram, schedules of losses, COP, degree of thermodynamic efficiency depending on ambient temperature are given.
This result couldn’t be achieved using a traditional method of comparison refrigeration systems by using a coefficient of performance (COP) or seasonal efficiency as an only efficiency criterion.
